Sound familiar?

Lots of tools. No clear plan.

  • You can't tell what's working.

Leads come from five places and nobody can say which ones turn into jobs.

  • Every fix is another app.

Another login, another bill, and the pieces still don't talk to each other.

  • Decisions run on gut feel.

Without clean numbers, the budget goes wherever last month felt good.

What you walk away with: a plan.

Not a slide deck. A short, plain document with where you stand, what to fix first and when. Here is one for ClearFlow Water, a made-up water treatment company, built from its last 30 days of leads.

What we've built

Built for real businesses, running today.

  • For a turf installer

A safety net for the confirmation text

    The problem
A rep could move a lead to a visit stage without booking the visit, and the confirmation would silently never go out.
    What we built
If a lead is moved to a scheduled stage with no appointment on the calendar, the rep gets a text right away. If a lead has no phone or email, the office gets a heads-up to add one.
    What changed
A slip gets caught in minutes, not when the homeowner asks why nobody came.
  • For a home services company

Catching the gaps between two systems

    The problem
Quotes lived in the job-management software and leads in the CRM, and things fell through between them.
    What we built
An alert when a quote is sent but the job is not in the job-management software yet, a duplicate-quote flag, and a separate follow-up for each service over about three weeks after the quote.
    What changed
The office hears about a gap the day it happens.

  • For a solar installer

A call cadence that knows when to stop

    The problem
Setters called the same no-answer numbers forever, or forgot them.
    What we built
Each unanswered call moves the lead one step through a set number of contact attempts. A long run of misses parks it, any reply resets the count, and a do-not-contact result stops everything, AI included.
    What changed
Setters always know who to call next, and nobody is called after they ask to stop.

Questions

Questions owners ask

Is the 30-minute call really free?

Yes. We look at how leads reach you today and tell you honestly what we'd change. You leave with a plan, whether you work with us or not.

Who's on the call?

Trent and Jared, our co-founders. Plan on about 30 minutes, a bit more if we're on a roll.

What if we're not a good fit?

We'll tell you. Honestly. You'll still leave with a written plan you can use.

How much does it cost?

Every build is different, so after the call you get a written quote before anything starts. No surprises. On a tight budget? We start with the piece that'll make the biggest difference and build from there.
