Sales dashboards
Every rep, every source, one screen.
Leads, appointments, outcomes and calls in one dashboard, built from what your team already logs, so Monday starts with answers.
Sound familiar?
The numbers are somewhere. Just not in one place.
-
Monday is a scavenger hunt.
Ad reports in one tab, the CRM in another, call logs in a third, and a text thread asking reps how it went.
-
Nobody writes down how it went.
Appointments happen, but the outcome lives in the rep's head until the deal is won or forgotten.
-
You can't compare reps fairly.
One rep gets the good leads, another works the phones all day, and the report shows neither.
The dashboard
Five tabs. Monday answered.
The same five views we build for clients: how the month is going, where deals are stuck, which sources book, how each rep is doing, and how much calling actually happens.

Where the numbers come from
Every appointment ends with an outcome.
A dashboard is only as honest as what goes into it, and the weakest link is usually the appointment: it happened, but nobody wrote down how it went. So a minute before each one, the rep gets a link to a short outcome form, already filled in with the customer and the time. Two taps from the driveway.
Each outcome starts its own next step. A sale alerts the office and moves into install tracking. "Bad timing" sets a check-back date. A no-show gets a reschedule text. And if three hours pass with nothing logged, the rep gets a nudge and a task, and the appointment shows up as missing on the dashboard until it's done.

Speed, measured on its own.
ExampleEvery lead stamps the time it was created, first answered, booked, signed and installed. The gaps between them are worked out automatically, so speed to lead is a number on the screen, not a feeling.
- 3 minLead to first reply
- 2.4 daysLead to appointment
- 11 daysLead to signed
- 9 daysSigned to installed
These are the numbers that move money. If the first reply slips from minutes to hours, booked visits drop a week later, long before the revenue report shows it. If signed-to-installed stretches out, cancellations creep up. Watching the gaps between steps tells you which part of the business to look at on Monday, and whether the fix you made last month actually worked.

- Paid
For installers who pay commissions, the same deal can carry each payout through to "everyone is paid".
What we set up.
-
A dashboard built on your data
Overview, pipeline, lead sources, each rep and calls, from the CRM your team already uses.
-
Outcome forms reps actually fill in
A link before each appointment, already filled in with the customer and the time.
-
A nudge when an outcome is missing
No outcome a few hours after the appointment? The rep gets a text and a task.
-
Speed, measured on its own
Lead to first reply, to appointment, to close and to install, worked out automatically.
-
Rep views and the owner view
Reps see their own numbers; you see everyone, by source and by week.
-
Sold deals tracked to the finish
From signed through install and, if you pay commissions, to paid.
How it works
From scattered reports to one screen.
About 10 days for most setups. Bigger custom builds take 4 to 8 weeks.

We wire up the data
Outcome forms, timestamps and source tags first, because a dashboard is only as good as what goes into it.
We build the dashboard
The tabs you need, checked against a few weeks you already know the numbers for.
What you get, and when

What we've built
Built for real businesses, running today.
-
For a water treatment dealer
A dashboard for the whole sales floor
- The problem
- The owner pieced the week together from reports and texts.
- What we built
- A custom dashboard with tabs for the overview, the sales pipeline, lead sources, each rep, and calls: total calls, connected rate, talk time, and calls per rep per day.
- What changed
- One screen answers "how did we do this week" for the owner and each rep.
-
For a solar installer
Every appointment ends with an outcome
- The problem
- Appointments happened, but nobody wrote down what happened at them.
- What we built
- A minute before each appointment the rep gets a link to an outcome form, already filled in with the customer and appointment. Three hours after, a missing outcome sends a nudge and a task. Each outcome starts its own follow-up, and sold deals move into install and commission tracking.
- What changed
- The dashboard numbers come from what reps logged at the table, so they can be trusted.

For a water treatment dealer
Speed, measured on its own
- The problem
- Nobody knew how long leads waited for a first reply.
- What we built
- Each lead records when it was created, first answered, booked, closed and installed, and the time between each step is worked out automatically.
- What changed
- Speed to lead and time to install are numbers on the dashboard, not guesses.

Questions
Questions owners ask
Do we need new software for this?
No. The dashboard is built on the CRM you use with us, and the numbers come from what your team already does: leads, appointments, outcomes and calls. If something isn't being recorded yet, we set that up first.
Can each rep see their own numbers?
Yes. Reps see their own appointments, outcomes and calls. You and your managers see everyone, side by side.
Where does the outcome of each appointment come from?
From a short form the rep gets a minute before the appointment, already filled in with the customer and the time. If nothing is logged a few hours later, the rep gets a reminder and a task.
Can it track setters and closers separately?
Yes, if your team works that way. We set up who set the appointment and who ran it, and the dashboard can show both.
How is this different from the reports in the CRM?
The built-in reports answer one question at a time. A custom dashboard puts the questions you ask every week on one screen, in your words, with your stages and your sources.
How much does it cost?
Every build is different, so after the call you get a written quote before anything starts. No surprises. On a tight budget? We start with the piece that'll make the biggest difference and build from there.
