Paid ads
Ads that turn into booked jobs.
We run your Google and Meta ads and tag every lead with the ad it came from, so you can see which ones book jobs.

Sound familiar?
You're paying for clicks. You can't see the jobs.
-
You can't tell which ad a lead came from.
Form fills land in an inbox with no source, so every campaign looks about the same.
-
Leads wait while you finish a job.
By the time someone calls back, the homeowner has already booked the company that answered first.
-
Spend goes up. Booked jobs don't.
Without tracking from lead to job, the budget follows clicks instead of what pays.
Your weekly view
Every source, judged by booked jobs.
Cheap leads aren't cheap if they never book. Here the Meta lead form brings the most leads and the fewest booked jobs, so the next dollar goes somewhere else.
| Source | Spend | Leads | Booked | Sold | Cost per booked |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google search | $2,400 | 64 | 22 | 9 | $109 |
| Google LSA | $1,600 | 38 | 17 | 8 | $94 |
| Meta lead form | $1,800 | 91 | 14 | 4 | $129 |
| Meta to landing page | $1,200 | 33 | 11 | 5 | $109 |

What we set up.
-
Google and Meta campaigns
Set up and managed around the jobs you want more of, in the areas you serve.
-
Landing pages that match the ad
One page per offer, with a short form that drops the lead straight into your pipeline.
-
Source tags on every lead
Each lead carries the ad, campaign and form it came from.
-
Instant follow-up
A new ad lead gets a text right away, and your team gets a heads-up.
-
Conversion tracking
Pixels and conversions set up so the ad platforms learn from real leads.
-
Judged by booked jobs
We look at leads, booked jobs and revenue by source, not just clicks, and move the budget to what works.
Click to job
The source stays on the lead, all the way to the sale.
Most ad reports stop at the form. Ours keep going: the ad that brought a lead in is still on it when the visit is booked and when the job is sold. Bookings and sales are sent back to the ad platform too, so it learns from customers instead of clicks.

Creative
Ads that show the job, not a stock photo.
Three kinds of ads homeowners respond to, drawn here as placeholders. Yours use your own work, your own reviews and your own offers.

Before you spend more
More leads, or better leads?
When an owner tells us the ads stopped working, the ads are usually fine. The leads they bring in sit for hours, get one call, and go cold. Doubling the budget doubles that.
So before we turn the spend up, we look at what happens after the click: how fast the first reply goes out, whether the form asks the questions your team needs, and whether anyone follows up after the second unanswered call. Fixing that is cheaper than more ads, and it makes every ad you already run work harder.
Then the budget goes where the booked jobs are, and we tell you plainly when a channel isn't worth it for your business.

- Questions that qualify the leadJob, address and timing on the form
- Follow-up after the first missTexts and call tasks until they answer

How it works
From first click to booked job.
About 10 days for most setups. Bigger custom builds take 4 to 8 weeks.

What we've built
Built for real businesses, running today.
-
For a solar installer
Every ad lead sorted by what the ad offered
- The problem
- Battery-only and solar-plus-battery leads arrived looking the same, so they got the same follow-up.
- What we built
- Each Meta lead is classified by ad type and routed to its own follow-up. A lead from an ad nobody recognizes sends the team an alert to check that ad. Bookings and power-bill uploads are sent back to Meta as conversions.
- What changed
- Meta learns from booked calls instead of form fills, and a mislabeled ad gets caught the same day.
-
For a turf installer
Ads that hear about the sale
- The problem
- The ad platform only knew who filled out a form, not who signed.
- What we built
- Search ads, Meta lead forms and the website each tag their source on the lead. A booked home visit and a won deal are both sent back to Meta as conversion events.
- What changed
- Ad spend can be judged by booked visits and signed jobs, not clicks.

-
For a water treatment dealer
Ad leads split between reps, with a question first
- The problem
- Meta leads piled up on one person, and the first text said nothing useful.
- What we built
- Meta lead form leads are split between reps in turn. The welcome text asks what is going on with their water, and the website funnel records the ad click so each lead keeps its source.
- What changed
- Both reps get a fair share, and the first reply already tells them what the homeowner needs.

Questions
Questions owners ask
Which ad platforms do you run?
Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We pick based on where your customers are looking.
How will I know which ads are working?
Every lead is tagged with where it came from the moment it comes in. Your dashboard shows leads, booked jobs and revenue by source, so you can see what pays.
What happens when an ad lead comes in?
It lands in your pipeline tagged with its source, gets a text right away, and your team gets a notification. Nothing sits in an inbox.
Will you run ads if our follow-up isn't ready?
We'd rather not. If leads sit for hours or get one call, more ads mostly buy more cold leads. We fix the reply and the follow-up first, often in the same first two weeks, then turn the spend up.
Do you send results back to Google and Meta?
Yes, where the platform supports it. Bookings and sales are sent back as conversions, so the ad platform learns which people turn into customers, not just who fills out a form.
How much does it cost?
Every build is different, so after the call you get a written quote before anything starts. No surprises. On a tight budget? We start with the piece that'll make the biggest difference and build from there.
