Websites & funnels

Every lead in one place, ready to call.

Forms, calls, texts and messages all land in one pipeline, tagged with where they came from and what they need.

Every source · one pipelineExample

Sound familiar?

Leads come in everywhere. Some never hear back.

  • Leads are scattered.

Web forms in one inbox, Facebook messages in another, voicemails on your phone.

  • You don't know what they need.

A name and a number. No job type, no address, no idea how urgent it is.

  • Follow-up runs on memory.

Whoever saw the lead is supposed to call. On a busy week, nobody does.

A homeowner asks about hard water after dinner. Here is what happens next, on her phone and on your rep's, before anyone on your team picks up a phone.

Websites

Like this website? We build them too.

Custom websites and landing pages for any trade, built from scratch around your brand and wired straight into your pipeline, so every form becomes a lead with a source and a job.

No templates. Yours won't look like ours, unless you want it to. Already have a site you like? We connect its forms instead.

Behind the scenes

One flow for every source.

Forms, calls, ad leads and messages all run through the same steps, so a lead from Facebook gets the same care as one from your website.

What we set up.

  • Landing pages and forms

Built for your offers, with the questions you need answered up front.

  • One pipeline for every source

Forms, calls, texts, chat and social messages land in the same place.

  • Source tags and custom fields

Each lead carries where it came from, the job type, the area and how urgent it is.

  • Missed-call text back

Miss a call and the caller gets a text in seconds, so they don't move on to the next company.

  • New-lead alerts

Your team gets a notification the moment a lead comes in.

  • Booking on your calendar

Leads pick an open time on your calendar, and the appointment shows up on the lead.

Missed calls and messages

When you can't pick up, it still gets answered.

A missed call or an unanswered Facebook message is where most leads leak. We set up a reply that goes out on its own, in your words, and an AI assistant that can keep the conversation going: it asks for the job, the address and the timing, offers open times on your calendar, and hands the lead to a person.

To be plain about it: the assistant gathers details and books the first conversation. It is not a closer, and it doesn't pretend to be your best salesperson. When someone asks for a person, or is ready for a visit, your team takes over with everything already written down.

It also knows when to stop. A booking, a "not interested" or a STOP reply ends the texts, and a do-not-contact flag switches the assistant off for that person for good.

Missed call · Dan K.

Hi, this is ClearFlow Water. Sorry we missed your call! What can we help with?

Got it. What's the address, and is tomorrow or Friday better for a visit?

Friday at 9 AM is open. Want it? Mike from our team will confirm.

How it works

From scattered leads to one pipeline.

About 10 days for most setups. Bigger custom builds take 4 to 8 weeks.

A free 30-minute call. We map every place your leads come from today.

  2. We build the intake

Forms, pages, fields, tags and the pipeline, tested with practice leads before a real customer sees them.

  3. Every lead gets worked

New leads are tagged, routed and followed up on their own, and you can see what happened to each one.

  • Lead details On your own: Name and number Ads-only agency: Name and number Clutch City: Job, address, timing and source as fields
  • Who follows up On your own: You, when you remember Ads-only agency: You Clutch City: Timed texts and tasks until they answer or book
  • Who builds it On your own: You, at night Ads-only agency: Nobody Clutch City: Trent and Jared, with you, then we run it with you

What we've built

Built for real businesses, running today.

  • For a home services company

    Every lead source, one pipeline

    The problem
Leads came from ads, referral partners, local marketing and the website, each in a different place.
    What we built
Every source feeds one pipeline. Each lead is tagged with where it came from and which service it wants, and assigned to a setter by time of day with a speed-to-lead text.
    What changed
Nobody sorts leads by hand anymore, and the owner can see which sources turn into booked visits.
  • For a turf installer

One intake form for every call

    The problem
Project details asked on the phone ended up on sticky notes and were gone by the home visit.
    What we built
An intake form the office fills in during the call: source, project types with square footage, yard, pets, HOA and who else should be at the visit. Web and ad leads land in the same pipeline.
    What changed
Every lead arrives at the visit with the same details, and web leads get a link to book a short call on their own.
See 2 more examples
  • For a turf installer

    Facebook and Instagram messages, answered

    The problem
Messages from ads sat unread while the crew was installing.
    What we built
An AI assistant answers, asks for project size, address, timeline and phone number, offers a discovery call, and hands the lead to a person. Junk messages get the assistant turned off.
    What changed
Message leads arrive qualified and booked, and a person takes it from there. It gathers details; it does not close the sale.
  • For a home services company

AI texting that books a five-minute call

    The problem
New leads waited for a setter, and the slow ones went cold.
    What we built
An AI texting assistant with an opener for each service, active during set hours. It books a short discovery call on the calendar, follows up if there is no reply, and stops the moment a lead books, wins or is lost.
    What changed
Setters spend their time on people who said yes, and nobody gets a text after they have already booked.

Questions

Questions owners ask

Do I need a new website?

Not always. We can add forms and landing pages alongside the site you have. If the site itself is the problem, we'll tell you on the call.

Which lead sources can come in?

Website forms, landing pages, ad lead forms, phone calls, texts, chat and social messages. We connect the ones you actually use.

What happens to a missed call?

The caller gets a text back in seconds, and the conversation lands in your pipeline like any other lead.

Does the AI assistant pretend to be a person?

You decide how it introduces itself, and we write the wording with you. We recommend it answers honestly if someone asks. Its job is to gather the details and offer a time; when someone wants a person, it hands the conversation to your team.

What happens after hours?

The reply still goes out, in seconds, and the lead lands in your pipeline with what they told us. You can set the assistant to work only during the hours you choose, and your team picks it up in the morning with the details already written down.

Can I keep my current website?

Yes. We can connect the forms on your current site, or add a landing page beside it. You don't need a new website to get every lead into one pipeline.

Do I have to switch software?

Not always. We start by mapping how you book and follow up today. If your job-management or accounting software works, we connect to it; if our CRM is the right fit, we move your customers over for you.
